Sooooo... in just a few short weeks the one continual feature, the one regular content that has gone up without fail will soon be coming to an end.
There was a bit of time there when I was repurposing the reviews that I wrote up on the NetFlix website but then NetFlix went and stopped the community features aspect of their website so it really didn’t make much sense to do reviews anymore. But I still managed to get almost two years of content out of what I had written which is substantial in my book.
Now that we’re heading into 2012, I have to take the time to think about what I want to do with the blog and whether or not I want to continue with it. In March, we will arrive at the 9 year anniversary for the blog. That’s a substantial chunk of time.
Nine years later, I’ve developed a style and a voice in my writing and I am long overdue on finishing up the may unfinished projects that lie about in varying stages of completion. It just feels as if its time, time to get some work done, time to finish things and see them through. And with resources (my own energy levels as it were) in scarce supply, I have to devote my focus into very specific areas.
Unfortunately the blog may be something whose time has come having served its purpose but that could change.
